Current Connectivity and Network Issues:

5-21-04 Wireless Issue:
- 1:48pm - The entire Wireless network is back up and running.
- 9:30am - Toronto customers will be coming back online within the hour. We are in process of switching out equipment, do to the lightning strike earlier this morning.
- 8:19am - The Wireless network is coming back up. Toronto customers may still be experiencing problems.
- 4:45am - Due to a severe lightning strike our wireless network it currently down. The wireless team is working on the problem.

5-11-04 Dialup and Wireless Issue:
- 4:12pm - The issue with the outage at Quest has been resolved. The Fiber is now repaired and customers should be able to log on and surf the web. Due to the outage our mail server may be inundated so customers are asked to expect delays.
- 2:00pm - At this time there is still no resolution to the fibre cut.
- 10:16am - We have been notified by our Service Provider that they have experienced a fibre cut somewhere between Youngstown, Oh and Pittsburgh, Pa on their network. They have not given any timeline for repair of this outage.
- 10:08am - An issue has been reported to EPI that the wireless and the dial up customers are not able to get on the Internet or pull email. We are currently looking into the issue.

5-7-04 Wireless Issue:
- 10:54am - This issue has been resolved. Wireless customers should be able to access the Internet.
- 9:51am - The interface that is used with Quest for the Wireless is having an issue at this time. We are currently working with Quest for immediate resolution.
- 9:43am - EPI has been made aware of an issue with the Wireless Broadband and is currently looking into the issue.

4-29-04 Mail Delivery Issue:
- 10:35am - This issue has been resolved and customers should be able to receive E-mail.
- 6:40a.m. - Currently we are experiencing issues with the mail server. We have been notified of the problem and are working to resolve it at this time.

4-28-04 Dialup Connectivity Issues:
- 4:19p.m. - This issue has been resolved by replacing a router on the network.
4-27-04 Dialup Connectivity Issues:
- Issue is still outstanding
4-26-04 Dialup Connectivity Issues:
- Issue is still outstanding
4-25-04 Dialup Connectivity Issues:
- 9:00p.m. - Customer are able to get on the Internet but not able to browse the web.
- Issue has been reported to EPI and is being worked on.

3-25-04 Wireless T3 Update:
- The T3 has been turned up and avalible for all wireless customers. This will bring even faster speeds on the Broad Band service.
