* What are the billing policies of EPI, Inc.?
To control the cost of Internet service to our customers EPI, Inc. has adopted the following policy for customer billing. EPI will send out monthly billing as close as possible to the 1st of each month. Payment for the month is due by the 16th of that month. If no payment is received by the 21th of the stated month a $5.00 late fee will be added to the monthly charge. If a payment is not received by the 25th of the stated month the account will be locked until payment is received. An additional $5.00 fee will be charged to an account for each time it must be locked and unlocked.
